Barb’s Art in The Sacred Threads Show

I’m posting this on behalf of Barb Forrister.
Two of my pieces (“Cara Mia” and “The Fertility Goddess”) were accepted into The Sacred Threads Show in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This biennial exhibition was established to provide a venue for quilters who see their work as a connection to the sacred and/or expression of their spiritual journey. The show will be held June 17-28, 2009.
Last weekend was The Dallas Quilt Celebration and Contemplation received an Honorable Mention in the Master Art Quilt Division. Finally, “Life’s A Beach” will be published in SAQAs annual Portfolio 16 that is available for purchase in October 2009.
