November at Mueller- Canvas Bags

Join us, fiber artists, in a great opportunity to focus our craft techniques onto a single item and elevate its status in the community of utilitarian objects. The Canvas Shopping Bag.
We are going to be creating canvas bag works of art. In your studios start digging, selecting and thinking what and how can I recycle, reimagine, bedazzle, paint, embellish, repurpose, embroider, quilt, weave, needle punch, stud, cut, applique……. On my canvas bag. We all have great skills lets showcase them onto a single object.
At the Nov 19th meeting please bring your work of art and we can discuss your techniques and tricks that you used in your creations.
If you can’t be at the meeting, please send Gene a picture of your bag with a title and description.
If you are going to participate on Zoom please send a picture of your bag to Gene so that it will be easier for us to see it while you talk about it. Please title your piece .
If you can’t join at all send Gene a picture with a title and a description and we can all see what you created.
